摘 要:应用稀释平板法对农牧交错带天然草地、耕地、退耕还草地及撂荒地几种不同土地利用方式下0~50cm土层可培养的细菌、真菌和放线菌数量进行研究,结果表明:同一种利用方式下各类菌群数量为细菌>放线菌>真菌。在不同利用方式下,细菌的数量天然草地>五年生羊草地>耕地/五年生苜蓿地>撂荒地;真菌的数量撂荒地>五年生羊草地>五年生苜蓿地>天然草地>耕地;放线菌数量在天然草地中最多,撂荒地及五年生苜蓿地中数量最少。三类菌群在0~50cm土层中基本上都表现为0~10cm含量最多,往下逐层递减的趋势。退耕地种植羊草对土壤微生物数量的增加效果好于紫花苜蓿。Microbial populations at 0~50cm layers under different land use patterns in Agro-pasturage ecotone such as natural grassland,farm land,artificial grassland and abandoned land were studied.The results showed that:(1) The number of bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes under the same land use pattern was in the order: bacteriaactinomycetefungi.(2) The number of bacteria under different land use patterns was in the order of natural grassland Leymus chinense grassland of five years old farm land of five years old alfalfa abandoned land;quantity of fungi was in the order of abandoned land five years old Leymus chinense grasslandfive years old alfalfa landnatural grasslandfarm land;the number of actinomycete in natural grassland was the highest,while the number of actinomycete in five years old alfalfa land and abandoned land was the lowest.(3) The number of the bacteria,fungi and actinomycete in 0~10cm layer was higher than that in 10~50cm layers and the vertical distribution of soil microorganism was decreased gradually with the soil depth.(4) The quantity of microbes in the five years old Leymus chinense grassland was significantly higher than that in the farm land and alfalfa grassland.
