摘　　要：院校图书馆转型时期,图书馆馆长宜重视自律、自正,即在业务管理、部门协调和人际交往中严于律己,做到把正方向、调正心态、端正行为,才可能成为称职的文献信息机构的负责人。Directors of academic libraries should be strict with themselves during the transformation period, because only they are strict with themselves with correct attitude and behaviors in library management, coordination, and interpersonal relations, can they become the qualified leaders of literature information institutions.
