摘　　要：从建筑设计角度考虑,做好建筑的防雨和通风设计、窗体的设计和安装、防潮材料的优选等设计工作,提出设计的忽视或失误可导致建筑霉变,控制建筑霉变产生的重要途径,即控制湿度,最小化含水量,为建筑霉变的预防和控制提供参考。On the aspect of building design, rainproof and ventilation design of building, design and installation of windows, selection of moisture-proof material are very important. It is indicated that neglect or errors in design may cause building molding. Humidity control and minimization of moisture content are main methods for control of building molding, providing references for prevention and control of building molding.
