摘  要:新型夹紧装置由直线电机驱动、面积效应力放大和铰杆临界点自锁机构等组成。工作原理是利用直线电机产生驱动力,通过基于帕斯卡原理的面积效应将力放大,然后作用于铰杆并使铰杆过临界点使机构产生自锁,夹紧工件并对其加工。此设计具有无泵无油箱,充分利用直线电机和面积力放大效应装置等的优点,具有基本无污染、能源利用率高、自锁性能好的优点。Introduced a new design method of clamping device. The clamping device is driven by a linear motor with an area effect stroke amplifier and toggle the critical point of self-locking mechanism and other components. The working principle is to use the linear motor to produce driven force to amplify power based on the Pascal principle of area of stroke and then acting on the hinge rod and to toggle through the critical point so that mechanism produces selfocking, clamp the workpiece and its processing. The advantages of this design are no pump no fuel tank, to full use of linear motor and the area of stroke amplification devices with non-polluting, high energy efficiency, and self-locking.
