摘　　要：目的观察分析子宫肌瘤海扶刀治疗围术期的临床护理。方法对2010年1月至2011年6月在我院采用海扶刀治疗的35例子宫肌瘤患者临床护理资料及效果进行回顾分析。结果所有患者均一次性治疗,其中1例患者术中治疗区皮肤潮红经护理后消失,随访期间无新病灶及不良反应出现。结论临床护理实施到位可有效减少海扶刀治疗子宫肌瘤过程中可能引发的各种并发症及损伤发生,提高治疗效果。Objective To observe and analyze the perioperative clinical care of uterine fibroids treated with HIFU.Methods From January 2010 to June 2011,35 patients with uterine fibroids were treated with HIFU,and the effectiveness of clinical care were retrospectively analyzed.Results All patients were treated successfully by one time.One patient occurred skin flushing in the treatment area,and disappeared after care.In the follow-up period,no new lesions and adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion The clinical care can effectively reduce various complications and injury in the process of uterine fibroids treated with HIFU,and improve the therapeutic effect.
