摘　　要：信息显示技术的发展经历了阴极射线管和平板显示器等不同的发展阶段,目前正在向柔性显示和三维立体显示迈进。本文分析了真空技术在一些典型显示器件的应用,从这些分析中可以看出,真空技术广泛应用于发光材料制备和显示器件的结构制备,在未来的新型信息显示技术中,真空电子技术仍然占据重要的地位。The display device has been developed from cathode ray tube to flat display panel.Now,the flexible display and 3D display become very promising.In this paper,the application of vacuum technology in the display device has been discussed.From these discussions,it can be seen that the vacuum technology is used in the synthesis of lighting materials and the fabrication of device.The vacuum technology can even be very important in the future display device.
