摘　　要：介绍了信息素养的概念与内涵,阐明了培养与提高高校教师信息素养的必要性,并在此基础上探讨了培养与提高高校教师信息素养的具体方法和途径.This paper introduced the concept and content of information literacy,clarified the need of the cultivation and improvement in information literacy of university teachers,and discussed the specific ways and means of cultivation and improvement in the information literacy of university teachers.
