天然产物抑制脂肪酶活性的研究进展

摘　　要：胰脂肪酶是一种由胰腺分泌的脂肪分解酶,能够分解人体摄入的脂肪类物质,脂肪分解后才能被人体吸收。因此,那些具有胰脂肪酶抑制活性的物质具有减少人体脂肪吸收的作用。通过研究胰脂肪酶抑制剂可以获得防治肥胖的物质。天然产物中含有多种具有脂肪酶抑制作用的活性成分,本文从不同种类和来源上对天然源脂肪酶抑制剂进行了总结,为天然产物在脂肪酶抑制剂的筛选上提供一定的文献基础。The pancreatic lipase was a kind lipolitic enzyme secreted by the pancreas,and can break down the fatty substance of intaked by the bedy,lipolysis can be absorbed by the body, so those who have inhibitory pancreatic lipase can reduce fate absorption by body.Acquire the antiobesity of medicine through study of inhibition pancreatic lipase. A variety of matefiaes have the activity of inhibition lipase in natural products,in the word we summary natural products from different types and sources on lipase inhibitor, providing some literature for the screening lipase inhibitor in natural products.
