摘  要:可编程控制器作为实现工业自动化的重要手段之一,在工业现场主要是用来处理各种开关量.但随着技术的发展,各种高性能输入、输出模块的出现,大大增强了可编程控制器对模拟量的响应能力。本文主要介绍了在实际工程中如何组态可编程控制器的模拟量输入模块,以及如何把模拟量参数整定为工程需要的电参量。以MPLC的模拟量通道为例,介绍利用"寄存器-数据表"传送指令对PLC模拟量输入通道进行数据采集和处理的方法,包括硬件连接、工作流程和梯形图控制程序的编制。详细说明了模拟量串行输入接口的设计方法、硬件结构及工作原理,给出了程序(梯形图)及接口时序。实验证明该接口较好地满足PLC对模拟信号的采集。The paper introduces the conf iguration and debugging of the analog signal input modu leof PLC.The emp hasis is pu t on the conf igurat ion of the inpu tmodule,and the engineering implementation by scaling the analog parameters With the development of the micro electronic and microcomputer control,the operation and I/O function of the programmale logic controller has become increasingly powerful.After introducing the A/D and D/A,PLC iscurrently able to solve more than the simple logic control of discrete output.Taking Modicon Micro PLC analog channel as example,it is fully described how to apply the PLC analog channel to the field of data collection and process,including the hardware deployment,working flow and the detail of ladder program.This paper introduces a design method of adding analogy signal serial input interface to low pricePLC.The hardware structure and its working principle is given,program(ladder diagram) and times is illustratedin detail.It is verified in practice that this interface is satisfied mostly for sampling analogy signal.
