盐酸万乃洛韦(明竹欣)治疗儿童水痘30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察盐酸万乃洛韦 (明竹欣 )治疗儿童水痘的疗效及安全性。方法　采用随机开放、平行对照的方法。以盐酸万乃洛韦治疗儿童水痘 30例为治疗组与三氮唑核苷 (利巴韦林 )治疗儿童水痘 30例为对照组进行对比观察。结果　治疗组第 5天痊愈率为 83 .33 % ,第 6天痊愈率为 96 .6 7% ,第 4天的总有效率为 10 0 % ,与对照组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论　盐酸万乃洛韦治疗儿童水痘疗效高 ,安全可靠。本药儿童推荐剂量为 5～ 10mg/kg .d ,分Objective To observe the efficiency and safty of valaciclovir hydrochloride to treat children with varicella. Method:Assuming the methood of open at random,comparison in parallel.Using valaciclovir hydrochloride to treat 30 children with varicella as the therapeutic group compared with the control group using vibavirin to treat 30 children with varicella. Result The rate of recovery of the therapeutic group was 83.3% on the fifth day and 96.7% on the sixth day.The rate of total efficiency of the therapeutic group was 100% on the fourth day which had significant difference to the control group(P<0.005). Conclusion The efficiency of valaciclovir hydrochloride to treat children patients with varicella is high,and it is safe and reliable. The recommended dose of valaciclovir hydrochloride to treat children with varicella is 510mg/kg.d(two times a day).
