摘 要:目的 探讨He Ne激光对机体的免疫刺激作用。方法 用能量密度为 6 3 7J/cm2 的He Ne激光照射小鼠的神阙穴 ,时间分别为 3、5、7和 10天 ,每天照射 1次 ,每次 5min。激光照射结束后取小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞 ,分别做如下实验 :(1)用荧光显微镜观察腹腔巨噬细胞对白色念珠菌的吞噬功能 ;(2 )用α 荼酚醋酸酯法显示腹腔巨噬细胞内非特异性酯酶 (NSE) ,并用图像分析系统对NSE作定量分析 ;(3)用透射电镜观察腹腔巨噬细胞超微结构的变化。结果 各激光穴位照射组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞对白色念珠菌的吞噬率、吞噬指数及NSE的各项参数值与对照组比较 ,差异均有非常显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。照射天数增加 ,各项指标也随之增加 ,各照射组间比较 ,差异也均有非常显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。另外 ,照射 10天组腹腔巨噬细胞的超微结构呈活化状态。结论 用适当剂量的He Ne激光照射小鼠神阙穴能活化其巨噬细胞 ,从而提高机体免疫功能。Objectve To study the stimulating effect of He Ne laser irradiation on immunologic functions of mouse peritonel macrophages. Mehtods Shenque(神厥) acupoint of mouse abdomen was irradiated with He Ne laser at a dosage of 63 7 J/cm 2 for 3, 5, 7 or 10 days, respectively, 5 minutes each day. The following examining methods were carried out: (1)Phagocytosis of Monilia albicans by the peritoneal macrophages (Mφ) by means of fluorescence microscopy after acridine orange (AO) staining. (2)Measurement of non specific esterase(NSE) in Mφ after being stained with α nephthy acetate by image analysis. (3)Ultrastructural observation of changes of Mφ with transmission electron microscopy. Results The above mentioned indices of irradiated groups were higher than those of non irradiated group(P<0 01). Comparison between different irradiated groups also showed a significant statistical difference (P<0 01). In addition, the ultrastructure of Mφ in the irradiated (for 10 days) group demonstrated remarkable changes indicating their activation. Conclusions The He Ne laser irradiation in appropriate dosages may activate immunocytes and enhance the body immunity.
