摘 要:糖尿病是全世界许多国家的常见病和多发病,而其发病机制迄今尚未明确。虽然越来越多的证据显示免疫机制在其发病及发展的过程中起着重要作用,但是仍未形成统一的理论。长期以来,天然免疫可能因为其"显而易见性"而没有得到应有的重视。近年的研究表明,天然免疫本身存在精细的病原识别和信号转导机制,是激活适应性免疫的前提和基础。目前已经有大量数据表明自然杀伤(NK)细胞数目及活化状态与糖尿病相关,并且在糖尿病的发生发展中发生了许多特异性的变化。本文就NK细胞数目及其受体与糖尿病关系的研究进展作如下简要概述。Diabetes is common and frequently - occurring in many countries around the world, but its pathogenesis re- mains elusive. Although more and more evidences have revealed that the immune system plays an important role in its pathogenesis and development, yet the mechanisms have not been fully understood. The obviousness of natural immunity has been considered as the reason why it didn't get much attention. Recent studies suggest that the precise recognition of pathogens and signal transduction in the innate immune is the basis to activate the adaptive immunity. Now, large amounts of data indicate that NK cell frequency and its activation status are related to diabetes as influencing factors and specific changes of NK cells appear in the development of diabetes. This review outlines the research progress of NK cell frequency and its activation status correlated to diabetes.
