摘　　要：全球化进程的加快打破了主权国家之间封闭的疆域,促使全球层面上的文化交往日益频繁。综合国力的竞争不仅包括以经济、军事、科技为代表的硬实力竞争,同时,文化软实力的竞争也日益激烈。文化软实力所表现出的强大辐射力和渗透力越来越凸显出来。面对新时期的机遇与挑战,十七届六中全会中积极部署文化发展战略,坚持走中国特色的文化发展道路,通过彰显我国文化软实力之魅,塑造良好的国家形象。从文化软实力建设的现实性入手,分析当前我国文化建设的紧迫性和重要性,并论述我国文化软实力的提升必须坚持在马克思主义的指导下,在社会主义核心价值体系的引领下和在坚持科学发展观的原则下,通过增强国际话语权、提升文化产业创新能力和加强国际交流与合作等具体途径积极推进。The accelerated process of globalization breaks the closed boundary between sovereign states and pro motes the frequency of cultural communication in a global level. The comprehensive national power competition includes not only the hard power, such as economic, military, scientific and technological ones, but the competition of the soft power of culture which is becoming intense. The soft power of culture has increasingly shown its strong radial force and seepage force. In face of the opportunities and challenges in the new period, China actively deploys the cultural development strategy in the sixth plenary session of the 17th central committee of the commu- nist party meeting and adheres to the road of cultural development with Chinese characteristics in order to shape a well national image through revealing the beauty of the soft power of our culture. This paper tries to start with the reality of soft power of cultural construction and analyses the urgency and importance of the current cultural construction in China. It still tries to discuss the specific ways of promoting the soft power of Cbina＇s culture such as the enhancement of international voice, the promotion of innovation ability in cultural industry and the strengthening of international exchanges and cooperation under the guidance of Marxism, the supervision of the socialist core value system and the persistent of the principle of scientific development.
