PTT织物前处理染色一浴一步法工艺研究

摘　　要：用T-XD系列耐碱性分散染料对PTT织物进行前处理染色一浴一步法加工,其最佳工艺为:NaOH浓度1.0 g/L,去油灵浓度1.5 g/L,与染料同浴,60℃始染,然后以1℃/min升温至110℃,并在110℃保温染色30 min.与传统二浴法处理相比,前处理染色一步一浴法工艺处理的PTT织物的K/S值和得色量要更好,而牢度与二浴法处理的相当.T-XD disperse dyes were applied in the one-bath one-step process of dyeing and pre-treatment of PTT fabric in alkali bath.The optimum treatment process is as follows：With caustic soda concentration 1.0 g/L,the oil release concentration 1.5 g/L,and disperse dyes in one bath,it began dyeing at 60 ℃,then the temperature rose to 110℃ by 0.5～1℃ / min heating rate and finally kept at 110 ℃ for 30 minutes.K/S value and color yield of PTT obtained in one-bath one-step process were better compared with the traditional two bath process,and the color fastness of the PTT fabric was equivalent in both two processes.
