集群式技术创新与中小产业集群动态升级

摘　　要：在后金融危机时代,中小产业集群的转型升级备受关注.集群式技术创新是中小产业集群升级的关键.运用内生增长模型对技术创新和资本两个内生变量进行动态分析,得出如下结论:一旦开始技术创新,当知识生产的规模报酬不变和递增时,经济运行就进入了一条技术创新和产量增长率持续增加的路径;而在知识生产的规模报酬递减时,经济收敛于稳定的均衡点,且此点的经济增长率取决于劳动力人口增长率.所以,为了弥补劳动力人口增长率增加有限,孤立、分散的单个中小民营企业规模小、自身创新能力低的不足,集群式技术创新可以促进中小产业集群的动态升级.After the world financial crisis,the upgrade of small and medium-sized industrial cluster draws increasingly much attention.The key to the dynamic update of small and medium-sized industrial clusters lies in technological innovation.Using an endogenous growth model to analyze two endogenous variables which are capital and technological innovation,we can draw the following conclusion：once the technical innovation began,the economy would enter into an ever-increasing path of technology innovation and production when the returns of expanding knowledge production to the scale were increased or unchanged;when knowledge production had diminishing returns,economy convergence remained at a stable equilibrium point whose economic growth rate depended on the labor force growth rate.Therefore,the clustering technological innovation could make up for the lack of technological innovation of any individual small and medium-sized industrial cluster which is small-scaled,limited in the increase of labor growth rate,isolated and scattered,thus leading to the upgrade of the whole small and medium-sized industrial cluster.
