摘 要:采用单因素随机区组设计试验,研究了在甘南高原白膜覆盖侧沟栽、黑膜覆盖侧沟栽、白膜覆盖平栽、黑膜覆盖平栽和露地平栽5种覆膜方式对麻花艽生物学特性的影响。结果表明:黑膜覆盖侧沟栽产量最高、品质最优,且产量较露地平栽极显著地提高了46.06%,落干酸含量、龙胆苦苷含量、番木鳖酸分别比露地平栽极显著增长了0.39、0.47、0.33个百分点。因此,黑膜覆盖侧沟栽是麻花艽高产栽培的最佳覆膜栽培方式,建议在生产中大力推广。To study the influence of 5 membrane tutorial forms on biological characteristics of Gentianastraminea Maxim including the white membrane cover side-gutter plants,the black membrane cover side-gutter plants,the white membrane cover horizontal plants,the black membrane cover horizontal plants,the open field horizontal plants in Gannan plateau area,a field experiment was designed by single factor and randomized block.The results showed that the yield was the highest,the quality was most superior too,and its yield was increased by 46.06% very significantly,the content of loganic acid, geatiopicroside and loganic acid of the black membrane cover side-gutter plants was increased significantly by 0.39,0.47 and 0.33 percentage points than CK respectively.In short,the black membrane cover side-gutter plants was the best membrane tutorial production cultivation forms of Gentianastraminea Maxim, it was suggested that it should be vigorously pushed.
