摘  要:以1年生观光木幼苗为试验材料,通过设置0(CK)、10、50、100、150 mg/L等5种镉胁迫浓度,对叶片的细胞膜透性、膜脂过氧化作用、内源保护酶活性、可溶性蛋白质含量等生理指标的变化进行研究。结果表明,镉胁迫下,观光木幼苗叶片的细胞膜透性增大,膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量增加,POD活性和CAT活性均先增大后减小最终低于CK,而可溶性蛋白质含量均高于CK。此外,低浓度的镉胁迫也会对细胞膜透性产生影响,CAT、POD活性上升也表明观光木具有一定的抗性。Taking one-year-old Tsoonpiodenron odorum seedings as study materials, such 5 different Cd stress concentrations as 0, 10, 50, 100, 150 mg/L was set up, to study the change regularity of cell membrane permeability, membrance lipid peroxidation, the activity of protective enzyme and the content of soluble protein. The results showed that under Cd stress, with the Cd stress concentrations increasing, the relative electric conductivity and MDA content in leaves of Tsoongiodendron odorum increased, the activity of POD and CAT increased firstly and then decreased and weaker than the control finally. The content of soluble protein generally higher than the control. The experiments showed that even low concentration of Cd stress would also affect the cell membrane permeability. The increasing of CAT and POD activity also indicated that Tsoonpiodenron odorum had some ability of resistance.
