摘 要:为解决SA335-P91和SA335-P92钢在超临界以及超超临界机组应用中出现的焊接接头冲击韧性较低的问题,以SA335-P92钢为例进行了焊条直径、焊接电流、单层焊道厚度、焊条摆动幅度和焊接速度对焊接质量影响的试验研究,2组6个焊接试件的数据对比分析表明:采用小规格焊条(直径为2.5 mm和3.2 mm)、小电流(80~120 A)、焊道厚度薄(2.0~3.2 mm)、焊条摆动幅度小(7~10 mm)和焊速快(140~200 mm/min)的工艺最佳。实际应用证明,采用所提焊接工艺,焊缝冲击韧性可达70~100 J,能有效控制焊接质量,提高焊接一次合格率。In order to cope with inferior impact toughness of weld joint in application of SA335-P91 and SA335-P92 steel in supercritical and ultra supercritical units.By taking SA335-P92 steel as an example,experimental investigation of impact of welding rod diameter,welding current,thickness of single-layer weld pass,amplitude of weld rod swing and welding speed on welding quality.Comparative analysis on data of six test pieces of two groups makes it clear that the technique of miniature welding rod(2.5 mm and 3.2 mm in diameters),small current(80~120 A),thin weld pass(2.0~3.2 mm),small amplitude of weld rod swing(7~10 mm) and fast welding speed(140~200 mm/min) can be a top choice.The practical application proves that impact toughness of welding line can be as high as 70~100 J after adoption of above-mentioned welding technique,which helps control welding quality and improve FPY.
