老年高血压合并冠心病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸与脉搏波传导速度的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨老年高血压合并冠心病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与颈-股动脉脉搏波传导速度(ca-rotid femoral pulse wave velocity,cfPWV)的关系。方法将101例年龄≥60岁的老年高血压合并冠心病患者,按照血浆Hcy水平的不同分为低Hcy组(血浆Hcy<15.0μmol/L,n=47)和高Hcy组(血Hcy≥15.0μmol/L,n=54);另选44例年龄≥60岁的Hcy正常的老年高血压患者为对照组;分别测定并比较3组患者的Hcy、cfPWV。结果与对照组相比,老年高血压合并冠心病患者中的低Hcy组的cfPWV差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而高Hcy组的cfPWV明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相对于老年高血压合并冠心病患者中的低Hcy组,高Hcy组的cfPWV升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且血Hcy水平与cfPWV呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年高血压合并冠心病患者中,cfPWV变化和血Hcy水平的关系密切,呈线性正相关。Objective To observe the relationship of homocysteine and carotid femoral pulse wave velocity in geriatric hypertensive patients with coronary heart disease. Methods One hundred and one geriatric hypertensive patient （Age ≥60Y） with coronary heart disease were divided into low Hcy group （Hcy 〈 15.0μmol/L, n = 47 ） and high Hcy group （ Hcy ≥ 15.0μmol/L, n =54）, according to different levels of Hcy. Forty geriatric hypertensive patient （Age≥60Y） whose Hcy was normal was included in the control group. The levels of blood Hcy and cfPWV were measured in all patients. Results The cfP- WV in geriatric hypertensive patients with coronary heart disease whose Hcy were low, has no significant difference compared with that in the control group （P 〉 0.05）. The cfPWV in the high Hcy group was significantly higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The cfPWV in the high Hcy group was significantly higher than that in the low Hcy group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The change of cfPWV and the level of blood Hcy has a positive linear correlation （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The change of cfPWV and the level of blood Hcy has a positive linear correlation in geriatric hypertensive patients with coronary heart disease.
