摘 要:[目的]探索大豆品种遗传性适应范围,选育出蛋白含量较高及品质较好的品种。[方法]以分布在全国的113个大豆栽培品种和20个野生品种为材料,用凯氏定氮法测定其蛋白含量,对大豆蛋白含量的多样性进行分析。[结果]野生大豆的蛋白含量为49%~54%,均为高蛋白大豆,而栽培大豆的蛋白含量为36%~51%,既有高蛋白品种,又有低蛋白品种。方差分析显示,大豆蛋白含量表现为极显著差异,具有明显的多态性。[结论]筛选出了高蛋白大豆,为大豆的品种鉴定、种质资源保护和开发利用提供了理论和技术依据。[Objective] The aim was to explore the application range of hereditary of soybean cultivars and select better quality cultivars with higher protein content.[Method]Taking 113 cultivated soybean varieties and 20 wild soybean varieties around the world as materials,using Kieldahl method,the protein content were determined and researched,and the diversity of soybean content was analyzed.[Result] The protein content of wild soybean is among 49%-54%,and is high protein soybean,and the protein content of cultivated soybean is among 36%-51%,have both high protein cultivars and low protein cultivars.The variance analysis shows that the soybean protein content shows extremely significant differences,has obvious polymorphism.[Conclusion] High protein soybean was screened out to provide theoretical and technical reference for soybean cultivar identification,germplasm resource protection and development.
