摘 要:城市水环境是城市空间的重要组成部分,对城市防洪除涝及水生态环境有重要影响,随着杨凌区城市化进程加快,杨凌区水环境存在着污染日趋严重、地下水位下降和污染及水环境承载能力下降等突出问题。针对这些问题,根据城市水环境基本生态特征功能和水环境发展要求,按照整体性、系统化及连续性保护原则,采取水功能分区保护措施对杨凌区水环境实施规划保护。The urban water environment is the important part of urban space,which has an important effect on urban flood control and waterlogged elimination as well as water environment protection.With the acceleration of urbanization of Yangling,the problems of the urban water pollution,groundwater level drawdown and pollution,and carrying capacity of water environment decreasing in Yangling zone become outstanding.To solve these problems,according to the basic ecological characteristics and development requirements of the urban water environment,and holistic,systematic and continuous protection principles,we implement the planning and protection for the urban water environment of Yangling zone with methods of applying water functional division conservation measures on classification in Yangling zone.
