摘 要:以参加2011年全国田径大奖赛福州站的女子跳远运动员为研究样本,运用高速录像机将8名女子跳远运动员从助跑阶段至完成起跳后蹬离起跳板全过程拍摄下来。通过图像解析法及数据处理等方法,针对助跑最后阶段的运动学参数进行实证分析,揭示女子跳远运动员助跑最后阶段在动力参数方面的变化特点,并与世界先进的跳远技术进行比较找出差距。最后提出了相关建议,为我国女子跳远运动员助跑技术改进提供相关依据。The paper takes eight female long jumpers,who have participated in National Track and Field Championship Jinan in July,2009,as samples and analyzes the recording of their performance from last two-step approach run to taking off the board with the use of high-speed camera.The analytical research of their last two steps' kinematic parameters through the application of methods like graphic analysis and data processing,etc.,reveals the kinematic characteristics of the variety in last two-step approach run of Chinese elite female long jumpers,compares with world top long jump technique as to find the difference and further offers some suggestions which can be referred to improve and perfect the technique of last two-step approach run of Chinese female long jumpers.
