精液实验室指标与孕早期自发性流产的临床诊断关系

摘　　要：目的:探寻精液实验室指标对孕早期自发性流产的临床诊断价值。方法:孕早期有自发性流产史妇女的配偶315例与对照组(正常生育男性52例+不育男性116例)比较精子核蛋白不成熟度、精子形态学、精液常规等多项实验指标水平,跟踪观察各组其配偶自发流产。结果:精子核蛋白不成熟度与孕早期自发性流产有关。结论:精子核蛋白不成熟度、精子形态学、精液常规检查可以作为孕早期自发性流产的一种方法。Objective To discuss the clinical diagnosis value of laboratory index of sperm on spontaneous abortion in early pregnancy.Method Laboratory index level such as immaturity of sperm nuclear protein,sperm morphology and routine in 315 cases paired with spontaneous abortion in early pregnancy and control group（52 male of normal fertility and 116 male of infertility） were observed.Results Immaturity of sperm nuclear protein is related with spontaneous abortion in early pregnancy.Conclusion Immaturity of sperm nuclear protein,sperm morphology and routine examination can be considered as one of the diagnosis method of spontaneous abortion in early pregnancy.
