湛江地区486例泌尿生殖道分泌物支原体培养及药敏分析

摘　　要：目的:了解湛江地区受检者泌尿生殖道支原体感染及耐药情况,为临床诊断及用药提供参考依据。方法:采用支原体药敏试剂盒对486例临床标本进行培养、鉴定、药敏观察。结果:486例支原体检查患者,阳性率为49.38%,其中男性占17.90%,女性占31.48%,其中Uu(+)Mh(-)188例,Uu(+)Mh(+)46例,Uu(-)Mh(+)6例。支原体阳性患者药敏结果中强力霉素敏感率为76.25%、红霉素敏感率为76.25%、交沙霉素敏感率为65.00%、克拉霉素敏感率为62.08%、罗红霉素敏感率为16.67%、阿奇霉素敏感率为40.00%、氧氟沙星敏感率为4.17%、环丙沙星敏感率为22.92%、司帕沙星敏感率为22.92%。结论:女性支原体阳性率显著高于男性患者(P<0.01),解脲脲原体感染率高于人型支原体,支原体阳性患者对强力霉素、红霉素、交沙霉素、克拉霉素有较强的敏感率,其中对罗红霉素、氧氟沙星耐药率高,药敏结果可用于筛选药物,指导医生合理用药。Objective To investigate the infection of mycoplasma and drug sensitivity among patients in this region,in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and medication.Method Total 486 cases were collected to cultivate,the identification and drug susceptibility were observed by using the reagent kit of mycoplasma.Results The positive rate was 49.38%,including 17.90% male,31.48% female.Uu（＋） Mh（-） in 188 cases,Uu（＋） Mh（＋） in 46 cases,Uu（-） Mh（＋） in 6 cases.The result of drug susceptibility was that the rate of doxycycline sensitivity was 76.25%,the rate of erythromycin sensitivity was 76.25%.the rate of josamycin sensitivity was 65.00%,the rate of clarithromycin sensitivity was 62.08%,the rate of roxithromycin sensitivity was 16.67%,the rate of azithromycin sensitivity was 40.00%,the rate of ofloxacin sensitivity was 4.17%,the rate of ciprofloxacin sensitivity was 22.92%,the rate of sparfloxacin sensitivity was 22.92%.Conclusion The mycoplasma positive rate of famale is higher than the male.The infection of UU is higher than the infection of MH,mycoplasma-positive patients on doxycycline,erythromycin,josamycin,clarithromycin has a strong sensitivity,and the resistance rate of roxithromycin and ofloxacin is high,the drug sensitivity can be used for screening drugs and guiding doctors to use medication rationally.
