摘　　要：在公益性文化事业作为人民群众文化权益的基本保障、作为重要的民生工程倍受重视的同时,经营性文化产业也在政府积极推动、需求日趋旺盛、市场活跃繁荣的大好形势下蓬勃发展,旧的关系尚未理顺,新的格局正在建立,在这一关键的时段,认真思考并努力促进公益性文化事业与经营性文化产业的良性互动,是文化发展繁荣的前提。While the public cultural undertakings are valued as the people＇s basic security of cultural rights and interests, as an important civil project, the beneficial cultural industry is developing vigorously by the active promotion of the government, the exuberant demand with each passing day and the active and prosperous market. The old relationship has not been straightened out, the new structure is established during this critical period, careful thinking and efforts to promote the benign interaction between cultural undertakings and cultural industries is a prerequisite for the development and prosperity of culture.
