摘　　要：目的研究川芎嗪自微乳在大鼠小肠的吸收动力学。方法运用大鼠在体肠循环实验,HPLC法研究川芎嗪自微乳在大鼠小肠中的吸收情况。结果川芎嗪自微乳在大鼠小肠中的累积吸收速率显著高于川芎嗪。结论与川芎嗪相比较,川芎嗪自微乳能够改善大鼠的小肠吸收。Objective To investigate the absorption kinetics of TMP Self-microemulsion at small intestine of rats.Methods Using rat’s in vivo intestinal circulation experiment and HPLC to investigate the absorption of TMP Self-microemulsion.Results The accumulative absorption rate of TMP Selfmicroemulsion was significantly improved compared with that of TMP.Conclusion The intestine absorption of TMP Self-microemulsion is superior to that of TMP.
