摘 要:目的对手术过程中体温变化对患者麻醉后苏醒效果和拔管时间的影响情况进行探讨分析。方法从我院随机选取2010年2月至2011年2月82例行全麻腹部手术患者,这82例患者被平均分成两组,对照组行常规的手术处理,观察组则采取保温手术,手术过程中对患者进行鼻咽温度的测定,对两组患者的麻醉后苏醒时间以及拔管时间进行比较分析。结果通过试验发现鼻咽温度比较差异显著,观察组的平均温度36.3℃,对照组的平均温度34.9℃;两组的术后苏醒时间比较,观察组的苏醒时间为(46±6.5)min,对照组的为(75±10.5)min,观察组要明显短于对照组;拔管时间比较,观察组拔管时间为(16.7±8.3)min,对照组为(21.5±7.6)min,观察组明显短于对照组,三组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过试验我们得出,术中体温变化对患者的手术康复意义重大,保持正常体温可以提高康复速度,减少不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective Changes in body temperature during surgery,the patient regained consciousness after anesthesia and extubation time effects to explore the impact of the situation analysis.Methods Random selection from our hospital from February 2010 to February 2011 82 patients undergoing routine abdominal anesthesia,these 82 patients were divided into two groups,control group underwent conventional surgical treatment,surgical observation group to insulation,surgical procedures in patients with nasopharyngeal temperature measurement of the two groups of patients after anesthesia recovery time and extubation time were analyzed.Results The study found a significant difference between nasopharyngeal temperature,the observation group,the average temperature of 36.3℃,the control group,the average temperature of 34.9℃;two groups of postoperative recovery time compared to observe the group's recovery time is(46 ± 6.5)min,the control group for(75±10.5)min,the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group;extubation time observation group extubation time was(16.7± 8.3)min,the control group was(21.5 ± 7.6)min,observation group was significantly shorter than the control group,three groups comparison was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion We have come through the test,intraoperative temperature changes on surgical rehabilitation of patients with significant rehabilitation to maintain normal bodytemperaturecanincreasethespeedandreduceadversereactions,is worthy of clinical application.
