摘  要:目的探讨废水中地塞米松污染的状况,为治理水环境污染提供依据。方法采集医院、养猪场、城市废水厂废水、街道地表水及江水,采用固相萃取-高效液相色谱法检测其地塞米松含量。结果医院、废水厂处理前后的废水、养猪场的废水、医院旁的街道地表水中含有一定浓度的地塞米松,以养猪场废水池的废水中含量最高,为(1050.90±11.67)ng/L,其次为专科医院处理前的废水,为(452.05±8.10)ng/L,废水中含量的不同可能与地塞米松的应用量有关。结论城市废水中存在不同量的地塞米松,废水处理中应引起重视,并采取相应的措施。Objective In order to provide evidence to manage the environmental pollution of water,the contamination of dexamethasone in the effluent water was approached.Methods The effluent waters were collected from the hospitals,hoggeries,waste plants,surface waters on the street and river.The contents of dexamethasone were detected by the method of solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography.Results A certain concentrations of dexamethasone were detected from the effluent waters in the waters before and after treatment of the hospitals and waste plants,in the waters of the hoggeries and the surface waters on the street side by the hospitals.The most content of dexamethasone was in the effluent waters from the lagoon in the hoggery,and was 1050.90±11.67ng/L Then It was 452.05±8.10 ng/L in the effluent waters from the waters before treatment in the special hospitals.The different content of dexamethasone in the waters may be concerned with the usage amount of dexamethasone.Conclusion A certain concentrations of dexamethasone were existed in the effluent water from city.It should be thought highly of the treatment of the effluent waters and taken the homologue measures.
