加强艾滋病的预防与监控

摘　　要：目的分析艾滋病和血源性疾病的感染危害,加强人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染的预防与监控。方法开展对医务人员、HIV筛查实验室及其他实验室工作中的环节进行监控,建立安全管理体系,健全各项规章制度并严格执行各项操作规程,制定实验室各项管理制度,实验室准入制度、危险标志设置、检测人员岗位职责和职业暴露,加强对实验室安全防护、仪器设备使用及维修、卫生清洁、废弃物品处置、样本的采集与保存、样品的运送与接收处理。结果 2010年1-12月共检查HIV标本25 732份(含无偿献血标本),未发生HIV的预防与监控安全管理事故。结论找出潜在的危害因素,提出可行性的防护措施,健全规章制度,严格培训生物安全防护知识,加强广大医务人员的自我保护及职业暴露意识,最大限度和多方位地控制医源性感染,降低HIV及血源性疾病造成的职业性危害,具有重要的意义。OBJECTIVE To analyze the risks and harms of AIDS and blood-borne disease,so as to strengthen the prevention and monitoring of HIV.METHODS The monitoring of the medical care personnels was implemented.Monitoring was conducted in HIV screening laboratory and other laboratories;a security management system（SMS） was set up.Lab access was controled,hazard warning sign was used,inspection of the occupational exposure of medical staffs to risks were carried out.The safety of the lab was strengthened,including the safety on the use and maintenance of apparatus and facilities,hygiene and cleaning,disposal of medical waste,collection and preservation of the samples,and delivery and handling of the samples.RESULTS Of the totally 25 732 HIV samples examined,（including samples from blood donation）,no accidents occurred in the security management of prevention and monitoring of HIV.CONCLUSION To reduce occupational risks resulting from HIV and blood-borne diseases,and control iatrogenic infections,it is of great significance to find out the potential risk factors and establish feasible protection measures,make sound regulations and systems,carry out all operation regulations,train the medical care personnels about security protection knowledge,enhance the staff′s consciousness of self-protection.
