摘  要:目的了解2008-2010年临床肺炎克雷伯菌感染分布情况和耐药性。方法用VITEK-2Compact型全自动细菌鉴定分析系统对644株肺炎克雷伯菌进行鉴定,采用K-B法对19种常用抗菌药物进行药敏分析。结果肺炎克雷伯菌对氨苄西林的耐药率均>96.3%,对亚胺培南、妥布霉素、阿米卡星、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦的耐药率较低。结论肺炎克雷伯菌由于存在ESBLs菌株有较高检出率而对各种常用抗菌药物呈多药耐药,在治疗产ESBLs肺炎克雷伯菌感染时,应严格掌握抗菌药物的适应证,加强耐药监测,应根据药敏检验结果选择合适的抗菌药物。OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical distribution and drug resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae in nearly three years.METHODS A total of 644 strains of K.pneumoniae were identified by VITEK-2 Compact Automatic bacteria appraisal analysis system.Drug susceptibility testing was performed for 19 common antibacterial agents by K-B method.RESULTS K.pneumoniae was resistant to ampicillin in above 96.3% strains,but to imipenem,tobramycin,amikacin,piperacillin/tazobactam resistance rate was low.CONCLUSION Since there are ESBLs-producing K.pneumoniae strains with a high detection rate,it presents multi-drug resistance to common antibiotics.In the treatment of ESBLs-producing K.pneumoniae infection,clinicians should strictly master indications of antimicrobial agents,strengthen monitoring of drug resistance and choose appropriate antibacterial drugs according to the antimicrobial susceptibility testing results.
