摘 要:目的:研究柿子叶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法:以芦丁、槲皮素和金丝桃苷的提取得率为指标,考察了提取次数、提取时间、料液比、乙醇体积分数对柿子叶黄酮提取率的影响,并通过正交试验设计确定了柿子叶的最佳提取工艺。结果:柿子叶黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:柿子叶中粉加入8倍量70%乙醇回流提取2次,每次1 h。结论:工艺验证结果显示该工艺稳定可靠,可以用于柿子叶黄酮的工业化提取。Objective:To determine the optimum extraction of flavone from Persimmon leaves.Method: The effects of extraction time and frequency,solid to liquid ratio,level of alcohol on the extraction rate of flavone was investigated with Rutosids,Meletin,Hyperoside as index;the optimum extraction of flavone from Persimmon leaves was determined by orthogonal experiment.Result: The optimum flavone from Persimmon leaves were: the extraction time was 1 h,the level of alcohol was 70%,solid to liquid ratio(g·mL)was 1∶ 8,and it was extracted two times.Conclusion: The optimum extraction process is achieved,suitable for industrialization.
