摘　　要：对血脑屏障的细胞组成及其不同的功能进行了文献整理和分析。通过中国知网,PubMed,Elsevier等数据库,检索了近10年来血脑屏障的功能研究,这些功能与之相关的细胞的特殊构造,以及不同细胞之间的相互作用的一个研究近况。通过整理发现组成血脑屏障的细胞包括:基膜、神经元、小的神经胶质细胞、周细胞、星形细胞、内皮细胞组成且每种细胞对血脑屏障功能的形成都有很大贡献。有关血脑屏障的研究目前已成为生命科学领域的研究热点,而有关血脑屏障的细胞组成在近几年也获得一定研究成果。对近年来关于血脑屏障的细胞构成作一整理,以期为血脑屏障的相关研究作参考。This article summarized and analyzed the cell composition and different functions of blood-brain barrier.Searching recent studies on blood-brain barrier function and particular structure of relative cells and interaction between different cells in 10 years through CNKI,PubMed,Elsevier,etc databases.The blood-brain barrier cells included asement membrane,neuron,small glial cells,pericytes,astrocytes,and endothelial cells etc,each cell played an importantrole in the formation of the blood brain barrier function.The study of the blood-brain barrier has become a key research area.The research work on cell composition of the blood-brain barrier in recent years has achived barrier-related research.
