摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜胆道镜联合保胆取石(息肉)术后防复发措施。方法回顾分析该院2009年2月～2010年12月腹腔镜胆道镜联合保胆取石(息肉)术413例临床资料。结果全部手术成功,术后随访2个月～2年,结石复发2例(复发率0.92%),息肉复发4例(复发率为1.87%)。结论严格适应证、两镜联合、取净结石(息肉)、彻底止血、术后健康的生活方式、预防性使用药物是防复发的有效措施。【Objective】 To summarize the measures of preventing recurrence of post-operation of combined laproscopic and choledochoscopic lithotomy or polypectomy with gallbladder preservation.【Methods】 The clinical data of 413 patients with gallbladder stones or polyps admitted in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.【Results】 The procedures were successfully carried out in all patients without complications.All patients were followed up 2 to 24 months.2 cases of gallbladder stone and 4 cases of gallbladder polyps recurred.【Conclusions】 Strict indications,combining laproscopic and choledochoscopic,no omission of stone or polyp,exhaustive haemostasis,healthy mode of life,prophylactic drugs are valid measures of preventing recurrence post-operation.
