摘 要:采用分光光度法,以芦丁为标准品测定甘蔗叶中黄酮类化合物含量。在提取过程中通过单因素试验分析了乙醇浓度、料液比、浸取温度与浸取时间4个主要因素对甘蔗叶中黄酮类化合物提取率的影响。并在单因素试验的基础上通过正交实验优化了甘蔗叶中黄酮类化合物提取工艺条件。结果表明:甘蔗叶黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇体积浓度为70%,料液比为1:40(g/mL),浸取时间为3.0h,浸取温度为70℃,此条件下甘蔗叶中黄酮类化合物的提取率可达5.81%。Flavonoides content in sugar cane leaves was detected by spectrometric method with rutin as standard material.In the extracting process of flavonoides,four main factors including concentration of extracting solution,solid-liquid ratio,extracting temperature and time were studied by single factor analysis method.The results showed that the optimal extracting conditions obtained by orthogonal analysis were as follows:ethanol concentration 70%,solid-liquid ratio 1:40(g/mL),extracting duration 3.0 h and refluxing temperature 70 ℃.Under these optimum experimental conditions,flavonoides yield from sugar cane leaves could reach 5.81%.
