摘　　要：电子渠道的快速发展,给IT系统的开放能力带来巨大挑战。本文首先分析构建电子渠道IT能力开放平台的必要性,其次梳理了构建IT能力开放平台的关键要素并给出了IT能力开放平台的系统架构,最后探讨了IT能力开放平台的实施建议。The rapid development of electronic channels brings enormous challenges to the opening ability of IT system. This paper firstly analyzes the necessary of constructing IT ability opening platform. Secondly, it combes the key elements for IT ability opening platform＇s constructing and gives out its architecture. Finally, it discusses the platform implementation issue and gives suggestions on it.
