摘  要:介绍了0~400 A零外场下高温超导带材大电流V-I测试系统。实验利用计算机自动实现电流/电压扫描、采集并处理数据,测量温度为液氮温区。利用导热分析,优化仪器设计,最大程度地消除V-I测量的爬坡效应和大电流的热效应,提高试样的耐大电流冲击能力、测量精度和稳定性。A large-current V-I measurement system with a current range of 0 ~ 400 A and under zero applied field for second generation high temperature superconducting(HTS) tapes was reported in this paper.HTS tape samples and current carrying electropoles were immersed in liquid nitrogen.Current-voltage scanning,experimental data collecting and data processing were performed automatically by computer based on digital communication interface.By analyzing the electric and heat transportation of HTS tapes,the current electropoles and connections to HTS tape samples were optimized.The influence of the linearly climbing of V-I curve and Joule heat effect was weakened.The ability of high current scanning,accuracy and stability of the measurement system were enhanced.
