摘 要:目的评价无线内窥镜管芯装置在改善双腔管左侧支气管插管过程中的作用。方法 45例上腰椎和胸椎脊柱手术患者随机分为两组,行双腔管左侧支气管插管。观察组(A组,23例),使用无线内窥镜管芯装置进行插管;对照组(B组,22例),使用盲插管+胸部听诊定位插管方法。比较两组插管时间、插管位置准确率和支气管插管并发症发生率。结果插管时间A组为(30.74±13.04)s,明显短于B组的(133.41±30.21)s(P<0.01)。插管准确率A组为22例(95.6%),明显高于B组的13例(59.1%)(P<0.01)。两组支气管插管并发症差异无统计学意义。结论无线内窥镜管芯装置可以在较短时间内准确进行双腔管左侧支气管插管。Objective To evaluate the role of wireless endoscopic stylet in left double lumen tube intubation. Methods Forty five patients undergoing spinal surgeries under double lumen tube intubation were studied and randomly allocated into one of the two groups, experimental group (group A, n=23) received intubation of the wireless endoscopic stylet, but the control group (group B, n= 22) received intubation of blind and conventional auscultation. The time for isolating monolateral lung, accuracy and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The time for isolating monolateral lung in the group A was (30.74±13.04) s, which was much shorter than the group B (133.41±30. 21)s (P〈0.01). The accuracy for the group A is 22 (95.6%), but the group B merely 13 (59.1 %) (P〈0.01). No statistical difference was found in complications between both groups. Conclusion The wireless endoscopic stylet can accurately intubate within a short time and improve the procedure steps.
