摘 要:以携行式外骨骼为研究对象,使用Ansys软件,建立机械结构的有限元模型,采用自由度耦合方法,对铰点位置进行处理,计算获得其应力结果。使用静态电阻应变仪,对物理样机进行应力测试。实验结果表明,实际测试得到的应力结果与有限元计算结果的吻合性良好,所得数据真实可信,可为携行式外骨骼机械结构的应力测试提供一种实际应用的方法,为后续研究工作奠定基础。By taking the portable exoskeleton as the research object,the finite element analysis was carried out on software Ansys.To simulate the contact of the two joint,the DOF(degrees of freedom) coupling was presented.Then stress testing of the physical prototyping by using static strain measurement instrument was carried too.Experimental results show that there is a good correspondence between the stress distributions results both the experiment and the finite element calculation.The feasibility and usability of this method have been proved by experiment results and a practical method for the mechanical structure of portable exoskeleton test was also proposed.This study provides a theoretical basis for its strength checking and structural optimization design of portable exoskeleton.
