摘 要:从冷态夏比冲击破断试样上截取三种不同长度的插入段进行电子束焊接重组,通过对重组前后试样冲击吸收功对比以及重组后焊接接头处的显微组织观察,对试样重组技术可行性进行初步研究。结果表明,焊缝与热影响区的宽度较小,未对V型缺口附近的母材组织产生影响;重组前后试样的夏比试验数据具有较好一致性,重组试样可以再现原始试样的试验结果。Three different kinds of inserted section cut from cold-state broken Charpy impact samples were reconstituted by electron beam welding.By comparing Charpy impact absorbed energy before after reconstitution and microstructure analysis of welding joint,initial feasibility study of specimen reconstitution technology was conducted.The results show that the width of welding line and hot effect area is small which doesn't influence the microstructure of original material near V-notch;the Charpy impact data before and after reconstitution has good consistency which can prove that the reconstituted specimen can reproduce the original specimen test results.
