摘  要:建立了存在圆度误差的滑动轴承-转子系统动力学模型,利用有限差分法求解雷诺方程,得到了油膜压力和油膜承载力。介绍了考虑圆度误差的滑动轴承-转子系统轴心轨迹计算方法及临界转速判定方法,根据计算的量纲一运行参数op得到具备普遍性意义的稳定性临界曲线,并给出了几种不同圆度误差度的系统稳定性曲线以及摩擦功率损耗图。研究结果表明,圆度误差对摩擦功率损耗影响明显,当偏心率在0.5~0.7范围内时,系统的摩擦功率损耗较低。A dynamics model of hydrodynamic bearing rotor system with roundness errors was established,and the finite difference method was utilized to solve Reynolds equation to obtain oil-film pressure and oil-film load carrying capacity.The calculation method of axis orbit of hydrodynamic bearing rotor system where the roundness errors were taken into consideration and the judgment of instability onset speed were presented.The dimensionless operation parameter op was calculated to obtain the stability maps which were widely accepted.The system stability maps of some different extents of roundness errors and friction power loss curve were presented.The results show that the ellipse errors have significant effect on the power loss of friction.The friction power loss of the system becomes lower when the eccentricity is within the range of 0.5 to 0.7.
