内关穴埋线配合耳穴贴压治疗失眠症临床观察  

Clinical Observations on the Efficacy of Catgut Embedding at Point Neiguan(PC6) plus Auricular Point Plaster Therapy in Treating Insomnia

摘　　要：目的观察穴位埋线疗法配合耳穴贴压治疗失眠症的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。观察组采用内关穴穴位埋线配合耳穴贴压;对照组采用艾司唑仑片口服。结果观察组和对照组总有效率分别为88.1%和81.0%,取得了较好的近期疗效,但对照组存在着多种不良反应;3个月后远期疗效观察表明观察组总有效率(83.3%)优于对照组(40.5%)。结论内关穴埋线配合耳穴贴压治疗失眠远期疗效优于药物治疗,且没有药物治疗的不良反应。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding plus auricular point plaster therapy in treating insomnia. Method Patients were randomly allocated to observation and control groups, 42 cases each. The observation group received catgut embedding at point Neiguan （PC6） plus auricular point plaster therapy based on syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and the control group took estazolam tablets orally. Result The total efficacy rate was 88.1% in the observation group and 81.0% in the control group. A better short-term therapeutic effect was obtained, but there were several adverse reactions in the control group. The evaluation of the long-term therapeutic effect 3 months later showed that the total efficacy rate was higher in the observation group （83.3%） than in the control group （40.5%）. Conclusion Catgut embedding at point Neiguan plus auricular point plaster therapy has a better long-term therapeutic effect on insomnia than medication and does not produce adverse reactions to medication.
