对1例胰岛素皮肤过敏患者的脱敏治疗

摘　　要：对1例胰岛素皮肤过敏患者进行脱敏治疗,以0.0005U为起始剂量,逐步加量至临床所需要剂量,联合口服药物治疗。患者在脱敏治疗过程中未出现全身或局部急慢性过敏症状,且血糖控制良好。经过脱敏治疗及护理,使患者能接受皮下注射胰岛素治疗。One patient with insulin allergy received desensitization therapy with dose of 0. 0005 U starting and gradually increasing to the needed amount, combined with oral antidiabetic drugs. During the desensitization therapy the patient had good glycemic control and did not present any allergic symptoms. The patient with insulin allergy could receive insulin therapy with the insulin desensitization treatment.
