摘 要:目的:探讨低氧性肺动脉高压患者肺动脉压与血浆5-羟色胺(5-HT)、血栓素(TXA2)之间的相关性,以期进一步分析低氧性肺动脉高压的发病机制。方法:用超声心动图测定15例明确诊断为慢性肺源性心脏病患者的肺动脉收缩压,并按肺动脉收缩压力的高低分为轻度肺动脉高压组8例及中重度肺动脉高压组7例;同期用酶联免疫分析法测定患者血浆5-HT及TXA2水平。结果:轻度肺动脉高压组的血浆5-HT及TXA2水平明显低于中重度肺动脉高压组(P<0.01);血浆5-HT及TXA2水平与肺动脉压的变化呈明显相关性(r1=0.765,P1<0.05;r2=0.689,P2<0.05)。结论:低氧性肺动脉高压随着血浆5-HT及TXA2水平增高而加重。血浆5-HT和TXA2可能参与了低氧性肺动高压的发病机制。Objective To study the correlation of hypoxia pulmonary hypertension with plasma serotonin(5-HT) and thromboxane(TXA2),and to reveal the pathogenesis of hypoxia pulmonary hypertension.Methods The scale of pulmonary artery systolic pressure(PASP) of 15 cases of chronic pulmonary hypertension were measured by echocardiography.Based on the scale of PASP,all the cases were divided into the mild group(PASP from 30 mmHg to 45 mmHg) and the moderate-severe group(PASP over 45 mmHg),meanwhile,the plasma 5-HT and TXA2 of all cases were measured by ELISA.Results The level of plasma 5-HT and TXA2 in the mild group was remarkably lower than that of the moderate-severe group(P 0.01),the variation of plasma 5-HT and TXA2 correlated with pulmonary artery pressure(r1 = 0.765,P1 0.05;r2 = 0.689,P2 0.05).Conclusions The condition of hypoxia pulmonary hypertension would exacerbate with the elavation of plasma 5-HT and TXA2.The variation of plasma 5-HT and TXA2 plays a role in the pathogenesis of hypoxia pulmonary hypertension.
