河南省部分地区居民2007年糖尿病患病情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解河南省部分农村居民糖尿病（DM）的患病现状及其影响因素。方法以多阶段分层整群概率比例随机抽样的方法，对抽取的居民进行健康体检和问卷调查；采用R2．10．0进行单因素和多因素分析。结果河南省18岁及以上居民糖尿病的患病率为8．6％，男性为10．0％，女性为7．5％，男性患病率明显高于女性；经Logistic回归分析显示：劳动方式、劳动强度、收缩压高低、腹部肥胖是河南省DM患病率的主要影响因素。结论DM已成为影响河南省居民健康的主要疾病。因此应加强有针对性的健康教育，倡导健康生活方式，普及DM知识，是预防和控制的重要措施。Objective To investigate the prevalence status and influencing factors concerning diabetes mellitus （DM） among rural population in some areas of Henan province. Methods The stratified random sampling was adopted and selected residents were investigated by questionnaire and medical examination; R 2.10. 0 including single factors and Logistic regression were used. Results The prevalence of DM was 8. 6% for all. The prevalence of men（ 10. 0% ） was higher than that of women（7. 5% ）. By multiple Logistic stepwise regression analysis： forms of labor, labor intensity, hypertension and waist obesity were main influencing factors. Conclusions DM among the adults in Henan province had become a threatening hazard to resident~ health. Therefore, strengthening targeted health education, promoting healthy lifestyle and popularizing knowledge of DM, which may help to prevent and control them in the area, particularly in the rural areas.
