摘  要:针对川东北地区海相地层钻井速度慢、周期长等问题,采用室内试验、统计分析与理论研究相结合的方法,对海相地层抗钻特性进行分析,对高效破岩工具进行了优化设计,优选出适合海相地层PDC钻头的切削齿尺寸和后倾角。从剖面形状设计、布齿设计、力平衡设计和水力设计等方面对PDC钻头进行优化设计,研制出适合川东北海相地层高效钻进的个性化PDC钻头。现场应用结果表明,研制的P613MRR型PDC钻头能够大幅度提高机械钻速和钻头进尺,降低钻井成本,为海相地层的高效开发提供有力保障。The penetration rate is slow and the drilling cycle is long in marine strata in northeast Sichuan province. Considering these problems, the anti-drilling property of marine strata was analyzed adopting a combination of laboratory experiment, statistical analysis and theoretical research. The optimized design of high-efficiency rockbreaking tool was carried out. The dimensions of the cutting teeth and back rake angle suitable for the PDC bit of marine strata were optimized. The PDC bit was optimized in profile form design, teeth arrangement design, force balance design, and hydraulic design. The individualized PDC bit suitable for high-efficiency drilling in marine strata in northeast Sichuan province was developed. The field application shows that Model P613MRR PDC bit developed can remarkably improve penetration rate and bit footage and reduce drilling costs, providing powerful guarantee for high-efficiency development of marine strata.
