摘 要:在钻浅层塞作业过程中,为了防止出现井喷顶钻事故,研制了井口防顶装置。该装置是根据以最高上顶力和井口装置最低抗内压两者中最低者来选用井下作业井口控制装置的原则进行设计的。中原油田普遍使用350井口,最高耐压35 MPa,钻塞使用114 mm钻头,故设计的防顶装置承受的最低上顶力为364 kN,附加安全系数1.5倍,其承载上顶力为550 kN,能够避免防顶控制过程中上顶力对防顶装置的损坏,确保施工安全。现场应用控制防顶5口井,成功率100%,有效地解决了钻浅层塞施工中井喷防顶的难题。To prevent the blowout-caused drill pushing accident in the process of shallow layer plug drilling operation, the wellhead anti-push device was developed. The device was designed according to the principle that the control device for downhole operating wellhead is selected according to the minimum pressure of the maximum uprunning force and the minimum resistance internal pressure of the wellhead. It was applied to 350 wells in Zhongyuan Oilfield. The maximum pressure resistance is 35 MPa; the drilling plug uses the ~114 mm drill bit. Therefore, the minimum up-running force the designed anti-push device can bear is 364 kN; the added satety coefficient is 1.5 times; the up-running force it can bear is 550 kN. The damage to the top-proof device and construction safety by the up-running force can be avoided in the anti-push control process. The device was applied to 5 wells to conduct the top-proof control on the spot with a 100% success rate. As a result the problem of blowout drillpushing in shallow layer plug drilling construction has been solved effectively.
