摘  要:用螺杆钻具钻近地面的水泥塞及桥塞等塞面时,因钻塞管柱自重轻,钻压不能有效作用在钻头处,不仅塞面无法钻穿,而且螺杆钻具产生的反扭矩也无法控制,施工过程中钻进效率低且存在安全隐患。为此,研制了井口钻塞加压装置。该装置利用小修作业设备即可将近地塞面钻穿,同时可安全控制塞面钻穿时的井内压力及螺杆钻具产生的反扭矩。井口钻塞加压装置在大港及江苏油田共应用11口井,成功率100%;该装置简化了施工作业工序,确保了现场作业的安全性,有效提高了生产时效,降低了作业成本。When the screw drilling tool drills the plug faces near the ground such as cement plug and bridge plug, the drilling plug string cannot add the effective drilling pressure to the drilling bit because of its light dead weight. It is difficult to control the pressure within the well when the plug face is drilled through. The reverse torsion of the screw drilling tool in the process of operation cannot be controlled in a safe way. Considering these problems, the pressurized device for wellhead drilling plug was designed. The device can produce drilling pressure on the screw drilling tool on the ground. It mainly consists of hydraulic cylinder, piston, pressure test pump and anti-torsion rod. The hydraulic cylinder cannot only provide drilling pressure for drilling tool but also prevent blowout. The antitorsion rod outside the cylinder can move up and down with the piston of the cylinder to control the reverse torsion of the drilling plug string. The field application shows that compared with the operating equipment of heavy repair operating no-killing wells which is used to drill plug faces, the device simplifies the operating sequence of construction, ensures the safety of field operation, improves production efficiency effectively and reduces the operating costs.
