摘 要:利用SB802热机综合疲劳试验机进行了硫化丁腈橡胶在不同温度条件下的力学性能试验,得到了橡胶材料的应力-应变关系曲线。通过有限元软件拟合了橡胶的Yeoh材料模型,构建了橡胶的本构关系公式,完成了压缩式胶筒的接触压力分析,得到了在不同温度下胶筒的应力分布云图以及接触压力沿轴向的分布规律。研究结果表明,当温度在不同范围内变化时,温度对胶筒接触压力的影响存在不规则性。该项研究结果可为压缩式胶筒的进一步研究提供理论基础。The mechanical performance experiment of vulcanized acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber in different temperature conditions was carried out adopting the synthetic fatigue testing machine of the SB802 heat engine, and the stress-strain relation curve of the rubber material was obtained. The finite element analysis software was used to simulate the Yeoh material model of the rubber. The formula for the constitutive relation of the rubber was formulated. The contact pressure analysis of the compression packer rubber was achieved and the stress distribution nephogram of the packer rubber in different temperatures and the axial distribution law of contact pressure were obtained. The findings show that when temperature changes in different scopes, the effect of temperature on the contact pressure of the packer rubber is irregular. This study provides the theoretical basis for the further research on compression packer rubber.
