摘 要:针对抽油井常用气锚进排气通道单一、气液分离空间小、分气效率低的问题,借鉴现场成功经验,利用串并联原理,研制了大孔多节虹吸式气锚。该气锚主要由上接头、中心管、虹吸管、隔板、外管和下接头等组成,采用了多节相连、虹吸以及大孔大直径等创新设计,将单个分离腔发展为多个分离腔,并将多个分离腔有效地联系起来。大孔多节虹吸式气锚在现场已应用28口井,平均产液量由5.06 t/d上升到11.06 t/d,平均产油量由1.98 t/d上升到3.77 t/d,平均泵效由18.04%上升到49.50%,平均沉没度由973.71 m下降到585.12 m,取得了明显的效果。There is merely a single intake and exhaust channel for common gas anchor, a small space tbr gasfluid separation and low gas separation efficiency in pumping wells. Considering these problems, the gas anchor which combines several gas-fluid separation units into one whole was developed using the series parallel connection principle. The anchor mainly consists of upper joint, center tube, siphon, diaphragm, external tube, and lower joint. It adopts several design innovations, such as design of multi-section connection, siphon design and macro- porous large-diameter design. As a result, the single split cavity is developed into several separation cavities which are connected effectively. The field application shows that the average fluid output, oil production and pump efficiency of the 28 wells using the gas anchor have increased remarkably and the average submergence depth decreases remarkably, achieving desirable effects.
