摘  要:鉴于水力旋流器在污水处理方面存在的不足,提出采用螺旋管聚结器作为水力旋流器配套设备,简化油田地面工艺,提高油田污水处理能力。通过对油滴在螺旋管流域内进行受力分析及运动分析,推导出螺旋管聚结机理公式。同时为了验证公式的正确性,通过改变螺旋管结构参数及流体入口速度来对粒径为30μm的油滴聚结效果进行模拟。模拟结果表明,油相体积分数随着螺旋管回转半径的增大或圈数的增大而增大,而随着螺旋管管径的增大或流体入口速度的增大而减小。There exists some weakness with hydraulic cyclone in sewage treatment. Thereibre, it is suggested that the coalescence device of spiral tube is used as the matching equipment for the cyclone so as to simplify ground technology and improve sewage treatment capacity in oilfields. The formula for coalescence mechanism of spiral tube was derived through the force and movement analysis of oil droplet within the flow field of the tube. Meanwhile, in order to verify the correctness of the formula, the simulation of the coalescence effect of oil droplet with grain size of 30 pm was conducted by changing the structural parameters of the tube and the inlet velocity of fluid. The simulation shows that the oil phase volume fraction increases with the increase of the rotary radius of the tube and with the increase of the number of turns. It decreases with the increase of spiral tube diameter and with the increase of the inlet velocity of fluid.
